The recipe for the quiches I made is here - http://www.taste.com.au/recipes/19478/pumpkin+leek+spinach+quiche but I added a quarter of a cup of self raising flour to the recipe (put the flour in first with two eggs and beat, then add the other two eggs and then the milk - if you add the flour at the end you just get lumps) It's really easy and you can throw in whatever you like!
