Some of my Latest Creations

I was lucky enough to be a part of a vintage swap which was hosted on The Boxx. I managed to find some time yesturday to have a play and made some Christmas Cards.
This card has a stamped and embossed image which was then coloured with water colour pencils and adhered to some red cardstock. The piece of red cardstock behind the Merry Christmas title was put through my Big Shot which gives it that lovely texture.

This card was my favorite. I placed a vintage music sheet on the base and stamped some scrolls on the top corner. The vintage cherub is from the gorgeous pack of vintage goodies I got from my swap partner and I made some torn flowers at the bottom.

Card Makers Tea Party

Brett's sister Leesa and I had a nice morning out at Tomorrow's Memories on Friday making these gorgeous cards at the Card Makers Tea Party. We also shared delicious homemade scones with jam and cream during the class, how spoilt were we! These cards remind me of a tea party invitation, very cute!
I have also joined in the Jingle Bells Workshop at the Kim Archer site and I am thoroughly enjoying myself. I am learning so many new skills, my only frustration is not having the time to do it all NOW! These little Christmas cards are my take on one of the lessons, and I really love them, one is a little funky and the other more traditional but both a lot of fun to make.
Go have a look at Kim Archer's website. There is so much to see and learn with a couple of freebie classes as well.
I've also made some gorgeous little felt flowers as well but cant upload the pic yet as I am sending them out for a secret santa pressie so want to keep it a secret for a little while longer.
Its been a very lazy Sunday, hope yours has been relaxing as well :)

So Much to Learn

Day 4 of having a blog and only the 2nd post.
I have had moments of fiddling with the blog and have spent a lot of time trying to work out how to put some badges up on the sides and change some things around and havent been able to work that out yet.
So if anyone out there can help, it would be appreciated.
My DS had a school assembly this morning and they did the Ant Rap, it was all very cute and they all dressed up in cool clothes so josh spent a lot of time this morning dressing himself to make sure he looked his best.
This is DS introducing the assembly, they did a fantastic job and I am a very proud Mum!

I made these cute little Xmas cards yesturday at Passion 4 Scrappin in the stamp/card club and it was nice to spend some time creating without being disturbed, life has been quite chaotic lately!

I also completed Lesson 2 of my online class at the Boxx on Monday night which was a lot of fun as well.
